Accidental & Liquid Damage Protection is comprehensive Full Cover protection plan that covers repair cost against any Accidental/Physical/Water/Liquid Damage on Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Smart Watches and Digital Cameras or any Portable devices without any depreciation deductible(Zero Depreciation) and cashless settlement for the specified tenure mentioned in plan.

The plan shall be valid for period of One year (12 Months) on devices legally imported in India from date of purchase.

The policy can be purchased within 15 days from date of purchase of device as mentioned in Original Invoice.

Maximum 2 Claims are permissible during plan validity period to extent of product value mentioned in Original invoice.

Comprehensive coverage against any Accidental or Physical or Liquid or Water damages that occurred resulting in device breakdown. Repairs will be done from Brand Authorized Service Centers only with pick and drop facility.

Any electrical or mechanical breakdown, damage due to negligence, cosmetic repairs, theft/burglary, software/data damage, IMEI or serial number tampering, battery, consumables and accessories. For details refer detailed terms & conditions with exclusions on www.widecare.in

Customer can call our number (+91) 9220840000 OR send mail on support@widecare.in OR intimate online by log in through WideCare app or website. Claim should be intimated within 48 hours from date of incident. Refer Terms & Conditions and Exclusions mentioned in Plan Certificate for details.

There are no cost to Customer for Partial Loss cases as damaged device will be repaired under cashless settlement with pick and drop facility.

In case of Total Loss cases,where the device is not repairable, or the cost of repairing device is more than 80% of existing device market value then Like to Like replacement will be given to Customer. A nominal excess fee of 2.5% of Claim value or Rs.500/- whichever is higher will be charged to Customer for every claim under Total Loss Cases.

Like to Like replacement means device is replaced with approximate same age, condition and equivalent models of damaged phone.

For partial loss cases, the device will be repaired within 7 working days for Metro and 10 working days for Non-Metro/Rural cities from date of submission of all completed documents.

In case of total loss cases where device is not repairable, then like to like replacement will be done within 15 working days from date of submission of al completed documents.
