Assistant Manager – Training (Sales)
  • Job Title:-
    • Assistant Manager – Training (Sales)

  • Role & Responsibility:- :-
    • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
    • Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
    • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
    • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
    • Monitor sales objectives and results
    • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
    • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
    • Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
    • Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
  • Backend Support:-
  • 1: Outcalls -
    • Calling/Text/Email existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services (Average call connect – 100 to 150 per day).
    • Accurately recording and purchasing all customer’s order details.
    • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
    • Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
    • Continually meeting or exceeding monthly targets with respect to outcalls and sales.
    • Updating sales record on excel and google sheets.
  • 2: Client Calling –
    • Calling the client sales team to inform on their daily, weekly, monthly target.
    • Ensuring the targets are met and incentives are being credited on regular basis.
    • Handling the sales team queries pertaining to sales/incentives/any other transaction, customer complaint (already registered at support) on timely basis and giving them the update on the same.
    • Identify the error (if any) in incentive payout, updating and informing correct bank account details to WideCare accounts team for proper credit of the incentives.
    • Updating store managers area wise and their correct contact details on google sheet.
    • Any other important update/detail as per work
