  • Role & Responsibility:-
    • Record keeping of vendor, utility, and other invoices.

    • Updating dashboard of invoices and timely payments
    • Managing office budgets and handling employee travel, accommodation, and relocations
    • Keeping up with the supply & inventory pertaining to office use like stationary, pantry and housekeeping
    • Record daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
    • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff and guide them to work in accordance with the company norms
    • Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
    • Calendar management and associated tasks, booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling staff meetings, off sites etc.
    • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.

Area Sales Executive
  • Job Title:-

    Responsibilities:- (A) On-field Support
    • Appointment and Onboarding of new Client or Dealers in Mumbai, Outer Mumbai, or other cities of Maharashtra
    • Visit Client stores as per plan to drive plan sale attachment and address issues pertaining to sales increase
    • Conduct training (Offline and Online) and skills gap analyses to identify areas of Client or Partner Sales staff improvement
    • Coordinate with sales staff individual and store manager for Daily, Monthly and Quarterly targets and related incentives and schemes
    • Ensure availability of physical and digital educational material (e.g., product catalogue, marketing material, plan price list etc) at Client store locations
    • Collect feedback from market, client managers/sales staff on prevailing market trends, brand programs, competitor offering, training courses and address area of improvement
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services preferences to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences for any improvement in training and marketing materials
    • Report on impact of training programs (e.g., sales achieved) and maintain updated records of training calendar, marketing material deployed and incentive/scheme costs
    (B) Off-field Support
    • Calling the client sales team to inform on their daily, weekly, monthly target and build sales rapport
    • Ensuring defined sale targets are met by Client sales team and incentives are being paid and credited on regular basis
    • Handling the sales team queries pertaining to sales/incentives/any other transaction, customer complaint (already registered at support) on timely basis and providing timely updates on the same.
    • Identify the error (if any) in incentive pay out, updating and informing correct bank account details to WideCare accounts team for proper credit of the incentives
    • Updating store managers area wise and their correct contact details in Google sheet Store Master
    • Any other important update/detail as per work

Assistant Manager – Training (Sales)
  • Job Title:-

  • Role & Responsibility:- :-
    • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
    • Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
    • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
    • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
    • Monitor sales objectives and results
    • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
    • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
    • Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
    • Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
  • Backend Support:-
  • 1: Outcalls -
    • Calling/Text/Email existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services (Average call connect – 100 to 150 per day).
    • Accurately recording and purchasing all customer’s order details.
    • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
    • Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
    • Continually meeting or exceeding monthly targets with respect to outcalls and sales.
    • Updating sales record on excel and google sheets.
  • 2: Client Calling –
    • Calling the client sales team to inform on their daily, weekly, monthly target.
    • Ensuring the targets are met and incentives are being credited on regular basis.
