JIO AccidentalDamage Protection Plan is a Zero Depreciation plan for Jain International Organisation members provided on Mobile phones and Tabletswith coverage against Accidental, Screen, Water and Liquid Damage and Fire.

The policy shall be valid for period of One year on devices legally imported in India from date of purchase.

The policy can be purchased within 15 days from date of purchase of device as mentioned in the Original Invoice.

Customer can call our number 9220840000 OR send mail on support@widecare.in OR intimate online by log in through WideCare app or website. Claim should be intimated within 48 hours from date of incident. Refer Terms & Conditions and Exclusions mentioned in Website and Policy Certificate for details.

Excess Fee is not applicable on Partial and Total Loss cases.

There will be no Depreciation applicable on Partial and Total Loss cases.

Total Loss will be applicable for Accidental/Screen/Liquid damage which are Beyond Economic Repair i.e. cost of repairing device is more than 80% of existing device market value.

Claim Settlement for Total Loss cases will be done by providing like to like replacement device having the same aging of the insured device at the time of claim intimation.

Maximum 2 Claims are permissible during the tenure of Protection Plan.

Total Liability during the tenure of protection plan will be cost of device only as per the purchase invoice including GST.

The Claim will be settled in 15 working days from date of submission of all completed documents.
